By accessing, registering, or using binyy.com and the Mercury System (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use our platform. Underaged individuals are strictly prohibited from using our Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
• Geographic Restrictions: Access to the Service is not available in certain jurisdictions where local laws or regulations restrict this type of service. Registration from a restricted jurisdiction will be declined at the point of sign-up. It remains your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you, including those of your country of residence.

2. Nature of Service & Transparency

The Mercury System is developed and operated by a team of experienced technical traders and quantitative developers.

• Global Dashboard Transparency: We provide 100% transparent market analytics. All trading signals, live results, and historical accuracy are broadcasted and updated in real-time on our global dashboard.
• No Hidden Signals: We do not offer personalized, private, or "hidden" signals via direct messages or emails. Every user sees the exact same data on the global dashboard at the same time.

3. Trading Conditions & Operational Hours

Our algorithmic engine is designed to prioritize safety and high-probability setups by analyzing multiple market factors:

• Market Verification: Signals are generated only after strict verification of market volatility, high-impact news events, and structural stability.
• No OTC or Off-Day Signals: We strictly analyze real financial markets during standard operating sessions (London, New York, Tokyo). We do not provide signals for OTC (Over-The-Counter) markets, nor do we operate during weekend off-days (from Friday market close to Sunday market open).

4. No Financial Guarantees (Not Financial Advice)

While our system is built on advanced technical analysis and years of trading experience, the financial markets are inherently unpredictable.

5. Technical Risks & Broker Discrepancies

Trading in real-time involves technical variables outside of our control. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from:

• Broker Mismatch: Differences in price feeds, spread manipulation, or chart mismatches between your specific broker and our algorithmic feed.
• Execution Delays: Losses caused by your own network latency, slow internet connection, or delays in placing a trade.
• Market Timing: Minor timing discrepancies in fast-moving volatile markets that may affect your specific entry or exit prices.

6. Account Security & Network-Locked Licensing

To maintain the integrity of our professional-grade software, we employ strict account security measures:

• Device and Network Locking: Your account access is securely tied to your specific device fingerprint and local Wi-Fi/network IP address.
• Prohibition of Account Sharing: Logging into the same account from multiple unrecognized networks or sharing credentials will trigger automated security protocols, resulting in immediate session revocation without a refund.

7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Withdrawals

• Cryptocurrency Payments: Subscriptions are activated upon the submission and verification of a valid blockchain Transaction ID (TXID).
• Refund Eligibility: Quarterly, Semiannual, and Yearly plans are eligible for a one-time refund per plan tier (maximum of three refunds per user, lifetime), requested within 24 hours of payment approval. This guarantee applies only to a user's first purchase of that tier — renewals are not eligible. Trial, Weekly, and Monthly plans are non-refundable.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are sent back to the original sending wallet minus the applicable blockchain network fee. Upon refund, subscription access is revoked immediately and any related affiliate commission is voided.
• Admin Discretion: We reserve the right to deny a refund request where usage patterns indicate the service was substantially used during the refund window, or where fraud or abuse is suspected.
• All Other Payments: Outside the refund policy above, all payments are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of our real-time analytics.
• Affiliate Program: Users can earn commissions by referring active subscribers. Commissions are held for 48 hours before becoming available, and are voided if the underlying payment is refunded or revoked. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted on Sundays (UTC) and require a minimum balance of $100.00. Withdrawals to designated cryptocurrency wallets are processed manually. We reserve the right to reject payouts if referral fraud or suspicious activity is detected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, binyy.com, its operators, and developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of trading capital, loss of profits, or data corruption—resulting from the use of our Service or technical issues mentioned above.
