Risk Disclaimer

We believe in full transparency about how our signals are generated and where their limits are. Please read this carefully before relying on BINYY signals for any trade.

We do not generate signals for OTC / synthetic assets

BINYY's engine is built on real, live market data. Weekend or holiday OTC instruments offered by some brokers run on synthetic pricing models rather than real market feeds, so our signals do not cover them and should not be used for OTC trading.

No signals on weekends / off market days

Because we only analyze real market activity, the system will not produce any signals while the underlying market is closed. This is expected behavior, not a malfunction. It is a direct result of never trading on synthetic OTC substitutes.

Small price differences vs. your broker are normal

Every broker sources and timestamps price data slightly differently. It is normal to see minor differences between the price shown on BINYY and the price shown on your broker's platform at the same moment. This reflects feed/timing differences between data providers, not an error in either system.

Your results may differ from BINYY's published performance

Our performance figures are calculated from the exact moment a signal is generated. Your actual trade result depends on how quickly you place the trade, your broker's execution speed, and any slippage on their end. Because of this, the outcome of a trade you place may differ from the result shown on our performance dashboard for that same signal.

Free-plan performance numbers include a delay

The performance figures shown to free-plan users are calculated with a delay, matching the delayed signal access free accounts get. Premium accounts see performance calculated in real time. If you are comparing numbers between the two, keep this delay difference in mind.

A high confidence score is not a guarantee

Each signal shows a confidence level based on how many of our internal checks agree. A higher score means more of our filters lined up. It does not mean the trade is certain to win. Every signal, regardless of confidence level, carries risk.

General Risk Notice
